America's Trojan Horse

The entire area around Washington, D.C. is a giant Trojan Horse, holding thousands of Socialists, Communists, Muslims and Muslim sympathizers and other un-American and anti-American people. They sit snugly in their hidey-holes waiting for us to become so economically weakened and war-weary that we will surrender once they spring their trap.

Also in that Trojan Horse is Barack Obama, who was duly elected as President without producing a birth certificate proving that he is a “natural born” American citizen and therefore not an illegal alien.

Other dangerous enemies within are the ACLU, “big” labor and virtually the entire “green” movement. And let us not forget about the so-called liberal Hollywood figures from Hanoi Jane Fonda, (shown here posing in a North Vietnamese gun emplacement) to Rosie O’Donnell.

These special interests don’t care about your freedom and liberty nor do they care if you live or die. All they care about is power and imposing their philosophies, prejudices, hate and anger on us.

We have allowed other dangerous Trojan Horses inside our land as well, most notably the Federal Reserve system and the United Nations. We are being systematically weakened from within even as our enemies surround us and build military machines to destroy us once we have lost our will to resist or have been disarmed and are unable to resist.
Without going too deeply into ancient history and without going into whether the Greek tale of the Trojan Horse is only that - a tale - I find significant similarities between ancient Greek legend and modern American reality.

The end of the Trojan War came with one final ruse. A giant hollow wooden horse, an animal that was sacred to the Trojans, was left outside the city gates of Troy. The hollow horse was filled with soldiers. While the rest of the enemy army burned their camp and supposedly left for home, in reality the main body of the army sailed up the coast to the city of Tenedos.

When the Trojans discovered that their enemies were gone, believing the war was over, they "joyfully dragged the horse inside the city" while they debated what to do with it. Some thought they ought to hurl it down from the rocks, others thought they should burn it, while others said they ought to dedicate it to Athena.

The Trojans decided to keep the horse and turned to a night of mad revelry and celebration. A spy, signaled the fleet and at midnight, with the clear moon rising,“ the soldiers from inside the horse emerged and killed the drunken guards.

With the guards dead, the enemy army entered the city and began killing the sleeping population. The Trojans, suddenly aware of their folly and fuelled with desperation, fought back fiercely, despite being disorganized and leaderless. The outlook was grim though, and eventually the remaining defenders were destroyed along with the whole city.

Many Americans have been lulled to sleep, but there are many more who are guarding us by maintaining vigilance and trying to warn the people. Let us not make the same critical error as the ancient Trojans. Our worst enemies are not the ones who confront us openly, but rather the sneaky spies who have infiltrated our great nation and are destroying us from within.
